Token & Queue Management
Every patient gets a queue token and a pickup code — with a waiting-area board showing who's up next.
Token & Queue Management
- 1An order joins the queue with a token
- 2The waiting-area board shows "now serving"
- 3When ready, the patient is called
- 4Handover is verified with a pickup code
InZob runs the pharmacy queue. Each order gets a sequential queue token, and a public waiting-area board (a display URL, no login) shows the tokens currently being served and which medicines are ready — so patients wait calmly instead of crowding the counter. On dispense, the patient gets a unique pickup code to collect against, keeping handover orderly and verified.
Sequential queue tokens
Every order gets a token — fair, first-come order.
Waiting-area board
A public "now serving" display shows who's up and what's ready.
Pickup codes
Medicines are handed over against a unique code.
