Welcome to InZob! Meet InZi, your AI Sales Assistant. InZi is designed to make managing your business effortless. Instead of clicking through complex menus and filling out tedious forms, you can just talk or chat with InZi to get things done.

Think of InZi as the interface layer that connects you to the powerful backend engines like the Lead Agent and Insight Agent. You speak to InZi in plain language, and it commands the rest of the ecosystem.

2. Where to Find InZi

  • Desktop Location: Look for the floating blue 'Z' button or the dedicated dashboard panel on the right side of your screen.
  • Mobile Location: Tap the 'InZi' tab in your bottom navigation bar to open the full-screen chat interface.
  • Voice Support: Click the microphone icon in the chat input to speak directly to InZi instead of typing.

3. Getting Started — Onboarding

When you first log in, InZi acts as your onboarding guide through a simple setup process. You can skip any step and return later by asking InZi.

Language Selection

Choose from English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Punjabi, or Odia.

You can manually instruct InZi to add, update, or query leads. Behind the scenes, InZi relies on the Lead Agent to process the raw data you provide, and updates the Customer Profile Worker to maintain a single source of truth.

6. WhatsApp Automation
