1. BINDING AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
This is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and InZob. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You consent to our data collection practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.
2. SCOPE AND NATURE OF SERVICES
InZob is a cloud-based AI-powered CRM platform designed to capture, store, and organize communications. We structure conversations into CRM records, provide AI-based outputs, and enable workflow automation. Our services operate strictly as a technology platform and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.
3. ELIGIBILITY, AUTHORITY, AND REPRESENTATIONS
You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to form a binding contract to use our services. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity. You must comply with all applicable laws. Any misrepresentation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION, AUTHENTICATION, AND SECURITY
We utilize third-party authentication (such as Google OAuth) for access. You agree to provide accurate registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. InZob is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your negligence or failure to secure your credentials.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to use the services to violate any laws or third-party rights. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: unauthorized data processing, sending spam, harassment, fraud, deception, interfering with system integrity, and reverse engineering the platform. InZob reserves the right to monitor and investigate violations, and enforcement may include suspension, termination, and reporting to legal authorities.
6. CUSTOMER DATA: OWNERSHIP, RESPONSIBILITY, AND PROCESSING
6.1 Ownership: You retain all rights and ownership to the data you provide ("Customer Data").
6.2 Responsibility: You are strictly responsible for the lawful collection of Customer Data, obtaining necessary consents, and compliance with all applicable data protection laws.
6.3 License: You grant InZob a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
7. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE FEATURES AND LIMITATIONS
Our platform utilizes Artificial Intelligence. AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies. Outputs are not factual guarantees, and InZob does not verify them for absolute correctness. You must independently review all AI-generated content. You assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on these outputs, and InZob expressly disclaims any liability for AI-generated content.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND DEPENDENCIES
Our Services depend on third-party integrations, such as WhatsApp and authentication providers. These third-party services are governed by their own respective terms and policies. InZob has no control over third-party service availability or performance and shall not be liable for any disruptions or damages caused by third-party failures.
9. FEES, BILLING, FREE TRIAL, AND STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY
9.1 Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial for new users to evaluate the platform.
9.2 Subscription and Billing: Following the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription with recurring billing.
9.3 Strict No-Refund Policy: All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible. No refunds will be provided for partial usage, dissatisfaction, failure to cancel before renewal, technical issues, misunderstanding of features, or business closure.
9.4 Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback will result in immediate account suspension, and you may be liable for additional administrative costs.
9.5 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds are issued.
9.6 Payment Failures: Access to the service will be suspended if a payment fails to process.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
InZob retains all Intellectual Property rights in the Services, including software, algorithms, designs, and proprietary content. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the platform. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
11. SECURITY AND RISK ALLOCATION
While we implement robust security measures, no system is entirely immune to breaches. Internet-based services carry inherent risks. You acknowledge these risks and agree that you are responsible for implementing your own internal security measures to protect your access and data.
12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Services. InZob reserves the right to modify features, introduce usage limits, perform scheduled or emergency maintenance, and discontinue services with reasonable notice to users.
13. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
InZob may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, legal compliance requirements, or to prevent harm to our systems or users. Upon termination, your access ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. InZob explicitly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and continuous availability.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InZob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. We are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. In no event shall InZob's total cumulative liability exceed the total fees paid by you to InZob in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
16. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InZob, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Services, your Customer Data, or your violation of applicable laws or these Terms.
17. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
18. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
InZob reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Services following any modifications constitutes your explicit acceptance of the updated Terms.

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and InZob regarding the use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
21. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
22. FORCE MAJEURE
InZob shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms resulting from events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or internet service provider failures.
23. SURVIVAL
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to provisions regarding intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
