1. What The Coach Agent Does

The Coach Agent acts as your senior sales director reviewing every conversation before a reply is sent. It looks at the facts gathered by the Lead Agent and the emotional context provided by the Insight Agent to suggest the highest-converting response strategy.

2. Drafting Smart Replies

When a lead sends a message on your connected WhatsApp (see WhatsApp Setup), the Coach Agent provides 3 distinct reply options:

  • The Direct Approach: Straightforward answers focusing on pricing and features.
  • The Consultative Approach: Asking clarifying questions to uncover deeper needs.
  • The Closer Approach: Pushing for the immediate sale or meeting booking based on high urgency scores in the Customer Profile.

3. Ecosystem Integration

You can access the Coach Agent's suggestions directly in the chat interface via InZi. If you want the Coach Agent to automatically send these drafted responses without requiring your manual approval, you can enable AutoJob to put specific conversations entirely on autopilot.
